Located along 175th Street between Mission Road and State Line, it gives buyers access to Blue Valley schools, multiple builders, and a wide range of home options within one master-planned neighborhood.

The community is organized into three sections — Big Sky, Red Fox Run, and Archer's Landing — and the real differences between them are more about identity, lot character, home footprint, and builder mix than simple fixed price bands.
