The community is organized into three sections — Big Sky, Red Fox Run, and Archer's Landing — and the real differences between them are more about identity, lot character, home footprint, and builder mix than simple fixed price bands. Buyers can absolutely find higher-priced homes in all three sections depending on the lot, the builder, and the level of finish.
Big Sky carries the strongest luxury identity within Sundance Ridge. Red Fox Run sits more in the middle and offers a balanced move-up option.
