That kind of continuity is rare in a market where builder names come and go, and it shows in how they work. They are a true custom shop: you can start from one of their portfolio plans or bring your own ideas and have a home drawn from scratch, and they will build on your own land in any subdivision. Their homes took first-place Pick of the Parade in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and they have two homes on the 2026 Artisan Home Tour.

Stylistically they range further than most local builders. Modern farmhouse, contemporary, Mediterranean, and coastal all show up in their recent work, and they pull each one off without it reading as a costume. Where I think they shine is the estate lot: big footprints, thoughtful outdoor living, and a level of exterior detail that holds up in person. The Regents Park work in Leawood pairs twin villas with larger estate homes, and the Loch Lloyd home on Galloway Drive, on the Stilwell, Kansas side of the community, is their 2026 Artisan Home Tour showpiece at $5.875 million.

This is the builder for someone who already knows they want a one-of-a-kind house and has the budget to do it right. Current inventory ranges from $1.345 million up to that Artisan home. In Leawood they are active in Regents Park from the upper $900s, Aventino from $1 million, and East Village from $1.1 million. In Overland Park look for them at Century Farms, The Sanctuary, and the Villas of Iron Woods, and at the Village of Loch Lloyd from $1 million. They do not publish a standard warranty term or build timeline, so those are questions I ask at the first meeting.
